Current opportunities available include the roles below, these are full time positions, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, training will be provided:
General Operative
The successful candidate should have the following personal qualities:
- Trustworthy, organised and efficient
- Physically fit and able to work well with their hands.
- Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Have a desire to learn and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with fluent English and work well as part of a team
- Driven individual with a good work ethic
Essential Criteria
- Full clean driving licence
- Have some experience in the construction and/or carpentry & joinery industry
C1 licence an advantage
The key responsibilities in this role are:
- Help with the manufacture and delivery of bespoke joinery and furniture
- Assist with Workshop organisation
- Assisting carpenters on projects
- Assisting with deliveries to site.
Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Salary is dependent on experience level and assistance with relocating can be provided.
Carpenter
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to the full spectrum of modern joinery, bench joinery, assembly, fitting, and hand-finishing.
- Operating and, over time, helping set up advanced CNC and woodworking machinery.
- Exposure to professional spray finishing processes, from preparation through to final coat.
- Working on bespoke projects where accuracy, problem-solving, and pride in finish matter.
For experienced joiners, the role offers:
- Greater autonomy at the bench or on machinery
- Input into methods, problem-solving, and workflow

Our Workshop – Our modern, expanding facility includes:
- 5-Axis CNC Machines (Pod & Rail systems) – complex, high-precision machining
- Nesting Line CNC – efficient sheet processing and modern cabinet workflows
- 8-Sider Moulders – high-efficiency, accurate profiling
- Straight Line Rip Saws – fast, precise timber preparation
- Climate-Controlled Downdraft Spray Booth – professional, high-quality finishing
- Traditional Joinery Benches – where hand skills, fitting, and fine detailing happen
This is not a production-line factory. It is a professional workshop where technology supports craftsmanship — it does not replace it.

Spray Painter
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter with extensive experience in the preparation and finishing of timber using a range of modern techniques and materials. The required candidate must be proficient in the use of air assisted airless spray guns and cup guns for applying high-quality finishes, including stains, lacquers, sealers, and oils, across both solid timber and veneered surfaces.
Key capabilities include:
Surface preparation: meticulous sanding, filling, and pre-treatment of timber to ensure a smooth, consistent substrate ready for finishing.
Staining expertise: skilled in mixing and applying stains to match specification or sample, enhancing grain definition and achieving uniform color across batches.
Spray finishing: experienced in using air-assisted airless spray systems for efficient, high-quality application in production environments, alongside cup guns for detail work, smaller projects, and fine finishing requirements.
Oil finishing: extensive hands-on experience applying premium wood oils such as Osmo, Rubio Monocoat, and Levis oils, both by hand and spray, ensuring long-lasting, natural-looking finishes that meet high-end architectural and furniture standards.
Product and process knowledge: deep understanding of finishing systems tailored to wood species, usage environment, and desired aesthetics—including waterborne, solvent-based, and hardwax oil systems.
In addition to technical excellence, the candidate needs to ensure that standards are maintained, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, ensuring materials are properly handled, and that the finishing department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working on wood finishing of joinery products and bespoke furniture products.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
