Project Details:

The clients had purchased four separate apartments in an exclusive development. Three of the apartments were amalgamated and the fourth apartment was kept as a separate guest residence.

As the apartments were located over two levels, the concrete floor was broken through and we created a new oak-lined, contemporary staircase hall to make a physical connection between floors but also to bring a sense of height and drama to the interior. The stairs and panelling were made of solid oak and the handrail and balusters are of stainless steel.

The apartments had an existing fitted kitchen but an island units was produced, in keeping with the style of the original doors and worktops, for additional counter and storage space.

In the master bedroom the dressing room required custom wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawer units.
